Add RequestEngine

RequestEngine is a class that extends the node internal http client. By doing so it provides a class that can be used to build API consumers. Our apps often employ a recursive RequestEngine instance in order to test the application directly.

RequestEngine has been in use for over a year and has been well tested during that time. Assimilation in time for Kado 4.4 or 4.5 will be ideal.
